Spring Style Beef Stir-Fry
Trim fat from beef. Thinly slice beef across the grain into bite-size strips.
Spray a wok or large non-stick skillet with non-stick spray coating. Heat over medium heat. Stir-fry garlic for 15 seconds. Add squash & broccoli, stir-fry for 4 to 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove veggies from wok.
Add oil to wok. Add beef to wok. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes. Return veggies to wok. Add cherry tomatoes, salad dressing & onion greens. Mix. Cover and heat through.
Serve beef mixture over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Enjoy this delicious Spring Sensation!
