Seeds from one large pumpkin
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground pepper


Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 375º F. Scrape seeds from a pumpkin with a spoon. Remove the pumpkin flesh and rinse the seeds.

Step 2

Spread evenly onto a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Bake for approximately 7 minutes or until the seeds look golden brown. Quick tip: Spice up your pumpkin seeds with your favourite seasonings, like chili flakes and garlic, or cinnamon and sugar.
