Pastry Fruit Tarts
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Combine pie crust mix with egg. Add just enough water to form dough. Form dough rounds and press inside small tart pans. Pierce pastry with fork. Place on baking sheet & bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely & remove from tins.
Beat pudding mix and half-and-half milk well. Spoon into shells and arrange fresh fruit slices on pudding. Chill & serve.
