Pastry Fruit Tarts (Prepared)

Ingredients

1 package pie crust mix
1 egg, beaten
1 to 2 tablespoons cold water
1-1/2 cups half & half milk
1 package instant pudding mix (vanilla)
Fresh berries, sliced mandarin oranges, strawberries, peaches & kiwi fruit

Instructions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

Step 2

Combine pie crust mix with egg. Add just enough water to form dough. Form dough rounds and press inside small tart pans. Pierce pastry with fork. Place on baking sheet & bake for 10 minutes. Cool completely & remove from tins.

Step 3

Beat pudding mix and half-and-half milk well. Spoon into shells and arrange fresh fruit slices on pudding. Chill & serve.
