Linguine with Pesto (Prepared)

Ingredients

2 cups packed fresh basil leaves
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup 100% pure olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 pound green beans, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 pound linguine

Instructions

Step 1

Place basil, parmesan, pine nuts, salt and pepper in food processor; mix until finely chopped.

Step 2

Slowly drizzle in oil with motor running; process until thoroughly combined. Stir in garlic and set aside.

Step 3

In a large pot of boiling, salted water, cook linguine 8-10 minutes or until tender but firm. Drain pasta. Toss with pesto and green beans, and serve.
