Grilled Italian Swordfish
Wash the steaks and pat dry. Place in a shallow pan.
In another bowl, combine the lime juice, oil, sour cream, sugar, salt, oregano, thyme leaves, black pepper and chilli pepper. Mix ingredients well. Pour the mixture over the swordfish steaks and allow to marinate for at least four hours.
Grill steaks on the barbecue for five minutes per side, while continuously brushing with marinade. Serve swordfish with potato wedges or a variety of fresh steamed or grilled vegetables.
