1 frozen banana
1 cup of your favourite frozen fruit (mango, strawberry, pineapple)
2 cups frozen greens (spinach, kale)
1 tablespoon nut butter
1½ cups your choice of water or milk


Step 1

1. Add ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth and completely combined.

Tip: To freeze bananas, peel them when they’re ripe, split them in half, place in a plastic bag, and store in the freezer.
