Easy Pasta Salad (Prepared)

1 500g bag rotini, cooked and drained
1 red bell pepper, finely diced
1 green pepper, finely diced
1 cup finely diced red onion
1 pint cherry or grape tomatoes, halved
½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
½ cup crumbled Feta cheese
¼ cup olive oil
¼ cup Canola oil
1 ½ teaspoons garlic powder
1 ¼ teaspoons dried oregano
1 ½ teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon grainy Dijon mustard
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1/3 cup balsamic vinegar


Step 1

Combine pasta, red and green peppers, onion and grape tomatoes in a large bowl. Mix well.

Step 2

Combine dressing ingredients and mix well.

Step 3

Pour half of the dressing over the salad and mix well.

Step 4

Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour.

Step 5

Just before serving pour the rest of the dressing over the salad and mix well.

Step 6

Top with olives and feta cheese.

A great addition to any BBQ.
