Baked Chicken Drumsticks
8 chicken drumsticks (about 3 lbs.)
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp lemon juice
red pepper flakes
Combine Worcestershire sauce, oil, garlic, and lemon juice in a large bowl. Season with a pinch of red pepper flakes, and add salt and pepper to taste. Add drumsticks and coat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (For best flavour leave in marinade overnight).
Preheat oven to 230° C (450° F). Place chicken in an even layer on a large prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through. Ensure the chicken’s internal temperature reaches 70° C (165° F).
